flux3max.app helps users turn still images into short AI-generated videos. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

2. Uploaded content such as images, prompts, generation settings, and output metadata needed to create and manage videos.
3. Usage data such as credits used, generation history, page interactions, device type, browser type, and approximate technical diagnostics.
4. Payment information handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
5. Support messages and attachments you choose to send when contacting us.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the service, process generation requests, manage credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, answer support requests, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.

Uploaded Images and Generated Videos

Uploaded images and generated videos are used to provide the generation workflow you request. Retention, storage provider, and deletion behavior may depend on the production storage and AI providers configured for the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help operate authentication, storage, AI generation, payments, analytics, email, and support, or when required by law.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as generation requests, pricing views, checkout starts, and sign-ups. We use Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps to understand how visitors interact with our pages and improve usability. These services may collect device, browser, and interaction data when enabled.

Our first-party ft_attr cookie records your first landing page pathname (without its query string), referring website hostname, UTM source, medium and campaign, and visit timestamp. It lasts 90 days and is not overwritten on later visits. When you sign up, we save these attribution fields with your account to understand which visits lead to registrations and paid orders. Custom journey events do not include your prompts, uploaded content, email address, or full referring URL.

You can remove or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics may reduce the usage information available to us.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted transport, access controls, and operational review. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect user data and reduce risk.

Your Choices

You can update account information through your workspace. You may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.
