Acceptance
By accessing or using flux3max.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
flux3max.app provides tools for turning uploaded images and prompts into AI-generated videos. Features, models, limits, output quality, and processing times may change as the service evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
User Content
You are responsible for images, prompts, and other content you upload. You must have the rights needed to use that content and to create generated outputs from it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, create harmful or abusive content, bypass usage limits, attack the service, or interfere with other users.
Payments and Credits
Paid plans may grant video credits, subscription access, or other usage rights. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds depend on the plan and payment provider configured at checkout.
Generated Outputs
You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing or using them commercially. Rights and restrictions may depend on the AI provider and model connected to the service.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create operational risk, or use the service in a way that harms others or the platform.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect output quality, or that generated content will meet every use case.

Model disclosure and independence
The current generator uses Google Veo 3.1. FLUX 3 Max is only available on fal today; we will switch when it can be integrated. Veo output is not FLUX 3 Max output. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by fal or Black Forest Labs. FLUX is a Black Forest Labs trademark. Upload only content you own or are authorized to use.
